Tea cakes: Lemon, Hazelnut Chocolate, Candied Yam, Banana Foster. Pies: chess pie, sweet potato pecan, hazelnut… Gluten free available. Miss Peabody was the nickname given to the owner, Pamela Richard, by her Grandma Helen. Her grandmother was from a small town located about two half hours south of New Orleans. Pamela was the first of all the grandchildren who helped Grandma Helen cook in the kitchen.  One of Grandma Helen’s specialties were her tea cakes.  This southern treat represents a time when families spent more time together and being neighborly was a way of life. Miss Peabody’s Tea Cakes hope to inspire memories that remind you of the importance of caring for others.
