Lunch and Learn on Surviving the Holocaust and Holocaust Education in Colorado featuring Helen Starr

Join us for our first Lunch and Learn of the 2026-2027 program year !  Come hear from Helen Starr as she shares the inspiring story of her mother, Fanny Starr, and her survival of the Holocaust. Learn how Fanny and Helen created educational materials and programming to keep the memory and lessons of the Holocaust alive. Helen, a second-generation survivor, is a writer, educator, curriculum developer, and speaker, and she is sure to provide fascinating insights to educate us all.        

We will once again meet at 11:00 am at Morning Story Restaurant (560 South Holly Street, Denver CO 80246 – the southeast corner of Leetsdale and Holly).  Please note that though there is limited parking out front, there is plenty of room in the back.
