Reflections from the Border

July 12, 7:00 pm

5865 East Powers Avenue, Greenwood Village, 80111

See through the eyes of our members who traveled to the border what the actual situation is. Gain an understanding through the stories we heard, the pictures we took and the facts we learned.  Explore how you can help and learn about the Dignity Bill, a bipartisan comprehensive immigration reform bill which was recently introduced in the US Congress. Come be a part of changing the narrative, the systems and individual migrants’ plight.

While there is no cost to attend this meeting, please bring an item that migrants coming to our community need.  This could include shoelaces, new underwear, children’s books (English and Spanish), healthy snack food, sunscreen, deodorant, toothpaste, hygiene kits, bottled water, etc.  Dessert will be served.
